DEFINITION

The process of management of educational facilities and


infrastructure (SARPRAS) is a process of working together to
utilize all existing school facilities and infrastructure effectively
and efficiently in an educational environment.

Proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan (SARPRAS) adalah suatu proses kerja sama mendayagunakan semua sarana dan prasarana
sekolah yang ada secara efektif dan efisien di lingkungan Pendidikan.

PLANING

1. Performing an analysis of the needs of facilities and infrastructure.

2. Conducting priority-based selection of equipment that is urgent to procure.

3. Conduct an inventory of existing tools or media (re-inventory).

4. Conducting a selection of tools or media that can still be used, either by repair, modification or not.

5. Seeking income if there is still a lack of funds in the provision of educational facilities and infrastructure.

6. Appoint someone in carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure based on expertise,
communication agility, honesty and so on.

1. The recording of school facilities and infrastructure can be done in the goods receipt book,

non-inventory books, stock books (cards).

2. Creating a special code for equipment that is classified as an inventory item, how to code the

item and paste it and write it down.

3. All educational supplies in schools that are classified as inventory items must be reported

For the purposes of this management and recording, administrative instruments are provided in
the form of: inventory books, purchase books, write-off books, and goods cards.

1. The number of tools for each type
2. Number of classes
3. The number of students in each class
4. The amount of space

Judging from its nature


a) Maintenance of checking equipment.
b) Preventive maintenance.
c) Maintenance that is minor repairs.
d) Heavy fixes.

Judging from the time of election


a) Daily maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning
doors.
b) Periodic maintenance, for example controlling tiles, liming walls

Purpose of eliminating facilities and infrastructure


1. Prevent or at least limit the loss / waste of maintenance costs for
facilities and infrastructure that are in worsening, excessive or damaged
condition and are no longer usable.
2. Lighten the workload of inventory execution.
3. Freeing space from the accumulation of objects that are no longer
used.
4. Exempt goods from work management responsibilities.

The reason for the elimination of infrastructure


1. In a state of serious damage which has been confirmed that it cannot be repaired or used again.
2. Repairs will be very costly so that it is a waste of State money.
3. Technically and economically usability is not balanced with maintenance costs
4. Depreciation outside the control of the goods manager.
5. Not in accordance with the needs of the present /
6. Items which if stored for a longer period of time will be damaged and cannot be used anymore.
7. There is a decrease in work effectiveness.
8. Stolen, misappropriated, destroyed due to natural disasters and so on
