WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, NICOLAS TALA TALA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of P-1 Sto. Tomas, Loreto, Agusan del Sur, do hereby WAIVE,
RENOUNCE and ABANDON any and all RIGHTS, CLAIMS and INTEREST over
a parcel of land, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 1330, Cad, 679-D, with an area
of 28.6075 hectares, Sto. Tomas, Loreto, Agusan del Sur”

In favor of, NAPOLEON A. HEJE, JR., of legal age, Filipino,

and a resident of Sto. Tomas, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

That I hereby certify that this Waiver represents all my

interest in the aforementioned area, to which signed this
