have a WD number and a tool number.

2.1.7 Weight - Individual Details

The weight of individual details must be calculated and indicated on the detail sheet.

2.1.8 Weight - Fixture

The total weight of the fixture must be calculated and indicated on assembly lay-out.

2.1.9 Weight - Capital Equipment

The total weight of capital equipment and fixture must be indicated on assembly lay-out

2.1.10 Full-size Sections

Full-size sections must be shown through all clamping areas and location points for TCF only.

2.1.11 Clamps, Guns, and Movable Units

All clamps, guns, and movable units must be shown in open and closed position. Arc of travel must also
be indicated.

2.6 Specific Drawing Types

2.6.1 Balcony Drawing

The Supplier must provide a design layout of each balcony showing all equipment including the location
of all stairways and/or ladders. The layout must have Chrysler Group LLC Launch Technician approval
prior to installation of equipment on balconies.

2.6.2 Installation Drawing

The Supplier must provide an installation drawing (scale: 1/4 inch equals 1 foot) for each tool. The
installation drawings must include layout of press, fixture and all related equipment, including balcony,
service drops, shuttles, sequence panels (with WD numbers), weld control panels, I/O panels, power and
interface panels, consoles, hydraulic units, safety fencing, light screens, safety mats, emergency stop
push-buttons, cycle stop push-buttons, cycle start push-buttons, cable tray and adjacent fixture where
applicable. The drawings must include all dimensions and match marks necessary to permit the
installation of equipment, as well as tooling.

This Installation drawing must include a plan view and an elevation view. Additional elevation views,
layers and/or sections must be provided as required.

System/equipment installation layout CAD drawings (ie. Both plan & elevation views) must comply with
Manufacturing Facility CAD Requirements (MFCR) or as amended. Deviations from this standard must be
submitted in writing and must be approved by the Chrysler Group LLC Platform Facility Manager. Visit the
MFCR web site to get the latest revision.

Installation drawing must show operator and head clearance.

A unique layer must be provided in the plan view to record Controls Design information. This layer will
depict the zones of control for WD's, all stops (Emergency and Cycle), and PLC's. Additional controls-
specific information may be recorded in this layer as determined beneficial. This layer must be developed
as the data is defined and kept current through the course of the project.

A unique layer must be provided to record safety requirements and direction determined during Safety
Reviews. This layer will be a location to record important elements necessary to satisfy safety

requirements and provide a visual representation to supplement Safety Review minutes. This layer must
be developed as the data is defined and kept current through the course of the project.

Completed Installation Drawings must be submitted to Chrysler Group LLC Launch Technician for
approval three (3) weeks prior to shipment of the tooling to the unit plant(s). A Chrysler Group LLC
Launch Technician's signature is required for approval of all Installation Drawings.

The Installation drawings must consist of the following:

A. Equipment layout tooling, robots, conveyors, and related equipment.

B. Individual line layouts, panels.
C. Fence layout, dimensions included, match marked.
D. Cable tray layout showing both upper and lower, match marked.

2.7 CAD Design Requirements

2.7.1 CAD Design Requirements (AME BIW)

The following are the requirements for CAD drawings for AME BIW:

2.7.1.1
All CAD designs must be in CATIA.

2.7.2 CAD Design Requirements (AME TCF)

The following are the requirements for CAD drawings for AME TCF:

2.7.2.1
Any tooling detail that touches the vehicle must be modeled in CATIA.

2.7.2.2
Any tooling detail that does not touch the vehicle may be modeled in CATIA. It may also be

modeled in other programs (such as Autocad) if there is a compelling reason ( i.e. much cheaper to
design in another medium for a given supplier).

2.8 Tool Design Deliverables

Equipment integrator(s) must upload all CATIA data into VPM following AME process group requirements
of tool number, file location within VPM and timing. It is the responsibility of AME process group to verify
