Math 6th and 7th Retest 5th and 8th

7:35am Begin picking up testing materials

8:00am Students begin reporting to testing room

● make sure students have all materials


needed from locker (pencils, highlighters,
glasses, lunch, dry snacks etc.)

● check that phones / Smart watches have


not entered the room

● Last restroom break before testing begins

● Take attendance and place outside the


door
8:05am – 8:10am Students review and sign cell phone oath

** on seating chart use last column for Testing mode (all students should be in testing
room)
start and stop time for each student
Pass out optional materials (highlighters, pencils
if needed)

8:10am – 8:15am Begin handing out answer documents, formula


charts, test booklets. Accessibility
features(accommodations). Read instructions.
8:20am All students should begin working on test

5th – 10:45-11:15am Students needing a lunch will be collected by the


hall monitor to walk down to get their lunch.
8th – 11:20-11:50am
They will return to have lunch in the classroom.
6th and 7th will be taken down with monitors to
get lunch starting about 12:25pm (when the
hallway is done testing; wait for break givers)
1pm Testing will resume for extended time testers

Finished testers will remain in testing rooms (the


hallways must remain quiet for those still testing)

@8th period students will quietly rotate to 8th


period keeping in mind computer labs and library
will still be in testing mode.

**If testing is completed before 8th period. We


will rotate based on the time and schedule. You
will be notified via announcement what the next
steps will be.
*Hall monitors will walk the students to and from the cafeteria in one line on a zero to get lunches. Then return them
to your room. If you need to heat or get food for yourself they will stay with your class while you do this.

*All testing students are eating in their testing rooms.

*You will keep your testing group until you are given the all clear to leave the room. *This will not happen until all
testing is completed.
