AFFIDAVIT
I, DANILO J. AGUIRRE, Filipino, of legal age, married and with residence
and postal address at Barangay Buenavista, West District, Sorsogon City under
oath depose and state:
1. That I am a beneficiary of the housing program of the previous City
Administration covering Block 1, Lot 4 of consolidation-subdivision
survey of Lot 93, Lot 95 and Lot 96 CAD 192 with Pcs-05-003094,
located at Barangay Buenavista, West District, Sorsogon City.

2. That a Deed of Donation covering the aforementioned lot was executed by

the previous City Administration and was given and awarded to me last July
1, 2019.

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statement and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ___ day of
