AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I LOURDES DOCOT GEROLIA, Filipino of legal age, widow with residence
and postal address at Barangay Balogo, Sorsogon City under oath depose and state:
1. That I am a recipient of a Donation of a parcel of land owned by Isabelo M.
Apostol located in Barangay Balogo Sorsogon City described as follows:

A portion of Lot No. 3594-C-4 and under Title No. T-35765 in the
name of Faustino Apostol. Bounded on the North by right of way and
on the east, south and west is bounded to the mother lot declared in
the Name of Faustino Apostol.

2. That said Deed of Donation was executed by Isabelo Apostol on August 23,
2013 in Sorsogon City;

3. That said Deed of Donation shall be annotated in the Title of the property in
the Registry of Deeds of Sorsogon City;

4. However; since the Deed of Donation was not yet annotated in the Title with
the Register of Deeds, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness
of the foregoing allegations and in support of my request for the annotation of
an adverse claim over a portion of Lot No.3594-C-4 covered by Title No.
35765.
