MODULE OBJECTIVE
By the end of this Module, you will be able to:
carry out your plan for your continuing PD
discuss the different PD initiatives/programs related to the
LDMs that are available to you, either provided by DepEd or
by non-DepEd learning service providers (LSPs)
develop a PD plan including the Learning Action Plan
commit to your professional growth and development

need to focus on to effectively use the LDMs in relation to the content and pedagogy of the learning area/s

 I still need to familiarize myself with the modality for me to use it with ease and
confidently. During this pandemic also we need to enhance Domain no. 5 Assessment and
Reporting since monitoring the learner’s progress is hard so we need to make an extra
effort2to really assess learner’s progress and achievement. We also need to strengthen

our Community Linkages because they are our partners in delivering the SLMs to the
learners.
