The are 5 students from grade 5 and 2 from
the grade 6 out of 517 enrolled on the
Intermediate level who were not able submit
their answered modules, for the first grading
period reason for them to have an
incomplete grade in Edukasyon Pangtahanan
at Pangkabuhayan (EPP).

POSSIBLE CAUSES
 Both parents are working and do not
have time to teach their son or
daughter.
 Parents are illiterate.
 No means of communication with
their respective advisers. No
cellphone, leaving on a mountain
side, and the money that they earn
are gust enough or sometimes short
for their food for a day.
PLAN OF ACTION
 Give schedule on visiting the students
who were unable to submit or
answered their modules.
 Make an assessment to the learners if
they can be part of Project AKAP so
that they may be able cope with their
studies.
 Ask the help of the Local Government
Unit/ Barangay if they can give these
children a basic cellphone for them to
be able to communicate with their
 teacher.

 Find Volunteers who is near to them

to aid parents by giving instruction on
how to do the activities.

 Provide alternative learning

arrangement that will be beneficial to
parents, learners, and teacher.
