The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented crisis that brings with it a lot of

problems, especially for the poor and marginalized sectors of our society. Those who
have the least financial and other means have the hardest time dealing with the
pandemic’ impacts on health and health services, loss of income, limited mobility and
other struggles.

As one of the frontliners, My duty started from March 21 , 2020 up to now. One of
my duty is the daily preparation and distribution of meals to the other frontliners,
from breakfast, lunch up to diner in different Baranggay's checkpoint in Atimonan;
(Fishing port, Balagtas, Outpost TMU, Public market, Balugohin, Bantay Dagat,
Municipal Building, GPRS, Tagbakin TMU, Tagbakin PNP, Police Station with
inmates, Malinao ilaya, Old municipal, Mao Office).

The pandemic may be showing the weakness of systems we have in our current
society, but it is also showing us what bayanihan means for a nation of everyday
heroes. Bringing out the best in each and everyone of us is what will get us through
this. We will heal us one.
