EXECUTIVE AGENDA 2023

SOCIAL SERVICES:

1. Health

Intensifying the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination. Also,

strengthening the implementation of other vaccines and other medical
programs to be distributed and given to all Municipality barangays.

Reconstruction and Expansion of the Local Rural Health Unit to assist

more patients from San Manuel and nearby municipalities.

2. Agricultural Sector

San Manuel is considered to be an Agricultural municipality. Intensive

financial assistance will be rendered to the farmers of rice, corn, tobacco, and
other crops for which San Manuel is known. Presence of farming school to be
offered to interested farmers for them to be knowledgeable on modern farming.

Farm materials and equipment such as fertilizers, sprayers, and pumps

are freely given by the Local Government Unit in partnership with some non-
government organizations.

Tobacco farmers are given financial incentives.

3. Farm-to-Market Roads

Road repairs and intensive collaboration with the barangay officials and
Local Government Unit’s Engineering department and other concerned
departments.

4. Commercial Buildings/Structures along CBD for lease

Reconstruction and beautification of the Public Market to invite more

investors and offer reasonable rental rates to give way for better opportunities
to the aspiring businessmen in the locality.

5. Peace and Order

Intensive Local PNP-San Manuel assistance to all the barangays, school

zones, and known public places. Also, the presence of constant monitoring
every night in all barangay.
6. Senior Citizens and Youth Sectors

Offering fun physical programs and activities such as Zumba and other
sports-related activities such as Basketball and Volleyball for the youth.

Socialization, free health services, and counseling for Senior Citizens.

7. Tourism

Intensive promotion of Tourism thru massive and appropriate

advertisement offline and online platforms.

Partnership with the Barangay Officials, DepEd, and other NGOs.
