AFFIDAVIT of UNDERTAKING
I, LUIS ALLAN D. BALANOYOS, Filipino, of legal age, married with
residence and postal address at Barangay Ticol, West District, Sorsogon City
under oath depose and say:

1) That I am the owner of that small boat/ banca which was used by Ricky
Janoras Romblon and Rey Romblon when he was apprehended by the
police officers on January 9, 2019 around 9:00 in the evening for violation of
R.A. 8550 and City Ordinance No. 13 Series of 2005;

2) That I hesitantly lent said boat to Mr. Ricky Janoras Romblon and Rey
Romblon, but later acceded when they said that they will use the same only
for personal consumption;

3) That considering the fact that the above-mentioned boat is essential to me

since it is used as an alternative source of our daily food consumption,
there is a pressing need that said boat be released to me for the time being;

4) That I do hereby undertake promise and commit to produce said boat

anytime upon order of the lawful authorities;

5) That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
in support of my request for the release of the above-mentioned boat and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve;
