1) What are your immediate reactions to this person? • His Likes/dislikes • His Judgments
He or she is competitive when it come to technology as a person you should balance yourself to
technology not all the time you need especially you are working often use them if you are vacant
because sometimes smartphones are the one distracting us in a workplace you should balance
technology from day to day basis.
2) What values might be important to this person? 
Millennial are also important in a workplace they also contribute knowledge in a workforce
because some millennial uniqueness ideas are also helpful today to finish the work as fast as the
allotted time comes. Sometimes they work as independent they do not know how to work as a
teammate some vital ideas of them, we can get is the technology thing it can make life easier.
3) How might they define “a job”?
A Company with a Clear Mission. Must the millennial to know what they are working for their
faithfulness to work more years A Collaborative and Innovative Culture. We must judge a person
according to their religion and beliefs we must respect them as should be A Management Team
That Is Committed to Employee Success. As a manager we must need to know the feeling of our
employees get them some feedbacks of what they are feeling working with our company A
Flexible Work Schedule & Remote Work Opportunities. As a millennial we need to be time
flexible know how to manage work and family make aside time for family don’t be workaholics
Healthy Work-Life Integration. A healthy person will surely enjoy the stay in the company in the
rest of his or her life enjoying working.

were their peer • If you were their customer
If I am the coworker, I need to understand the use of the technology set aside time to use them
and make rules when using technology think before you click you must know what the possible
outcomes when you do things. As a manager I must guide my employees in a workplace get the
feedbacks on how they are feeling in my company to work approach them individual with
custom approach because different employee’s different generation know their way of what they
what to approach them. If I am a peer I must tell my friends what are the correct doing in a
company. As a customer understand them if they are to bad for us so therefore, we can tell them
that they are approaching us in a wrong doing.

1. In your opinion, how can a Manager motivate the multigenerational workforce to
attain higher productivity?
Create a space for open dialogue. As a manager we must need to know our employees well
approach them regularly ask what they are bothering them unwind them sometime for their
minds will refresh to think well when working. Set clear expectations. Tell them about the
expectation while working I a company what they are need to expect while working in the
company Be flexible. If you finish your job in specific time help your coworkers to finish also
their job as fast as they can Provide specific, regular feedback. Getting feedbacks to employees is
a must regularly doing while working if they are happy or not to lessen employee turnover.
Avoid stereotypes. Stop judging employees according to their age physical appearance because
you do not know that that person you are judging they are the ones that are more knowledgeable
than you Vary your communication approaches. Different generation has their own
uniqueness of approach we must adopt their techniques Develop ways to share and transfer
knowledge. Brainstorming ideas is nice when it comes to different generation has their own
ways to solve the task. Provide professional development. A manager should act as a good
example to their employees as a professionalism person.
