QOOBEE LAUNDRY
I. Overview of the store
- Name of store: Qoobee Laundry
- Logo:

- Introduce:
+ Nowadays, life is more and more modern, the time is getting more and
more limited, the demand for using the laundry store is increasing. People are
too busy with their daily jobs, studying, and social work, so they want to escape
from manual work to take more time to relax. Catching up on this trend, my
team has decided to choose laundry business to start our business.
+ You are worried about your dirty clothes every day or you are single and
nobody helps you wash and iron your clothes in a special season when you are
so busy… Why don’t you choose my store? My store provides a lot of services
like washing, ironing or delivery. Moreover, if you want other services, please
tell us to help you as much as possible. I think that will assist my business to
become better.

- Operation time: 7:30 a.m to 9 p.m

- The main capital: from the members in the group, that fluctuates between 100
million and 150 million.
II. Target customers:
- Age: 18 to 40 because at this age, because people are often busy with works, so
they need to save time by getting laundry services. That includes: students,
young households, single people, restaurants and hotels neighboring areas,…
- Income: People whose salary from 3 million to 10 million which makes
suitable for them to pay for the services. This is a safe level because we think
with the income of over 10 million, they can completely rent an apartment with
washing machines or buy a new one and people who earn less than 3 million per
month will worry about finance when using the laundry services.
III. How can we operate:

- Step 1: Finding good ground.
+ The chosen area is nearly the university of economic. That is located on
Ngu Hanh Son Street. The ground here is convenient to take customer’s
attention, the cost for renting is adequate due to we just use the ground floor for
business. Moreover, my business is near the university or college, that create
opportunities to approach the potential customer.
+ Size: 50-60 meters square
+ Address: 154 Ngu Hanh Son Street, Da Nang.

- Step 2: Selecting the effective facilities. (washing machine, iron, hanger, …)


+The main facility we need buy are 3-4 washing machines that have a lot
of functions (like save energy, can wash a lot of clothes in one time, …) and in
reasonable cost. Such as Electrolux brand with 25 million or LG with 60 million.
+ The extra facilities are necessary like reception table, iron, hanger and so
on.
- Step 3: Selecting the supplier for soap, fiber softener or packaging.
+ To wash the dirty clothes we have to use many materials to make them
clean and sweet. Therefore, we need to find the suppliers which sell at a good
price. We choose Unilever company as the best supplier because there are
various offers for my business.

+ Packaging is also important. People can realize my brand through that.
So to make beautiful packaging I can contact to the packaging company.
- Step 4: Setting the prices
+ Because the clothes are made from different materials so we have to
classify them to wash properly. That makes a different cost.
+ Moreover, the prices table to help customer prepare money
- Step 5: Deploy sales.
+ Each shift consists of 2 employees: an employee at the store accepts
direct orders and orders by phone. After receiving the order, the staff record the
necessary information such as name, number of kg of laundry, total cost, ... Next,
the employee performs the washing steps according to the company's
regulations. The remaining staff is responsible for shipping and receiving goods
on time to customers.
+ After the completing order, the employee takes the money and writes
revenue daily.
IV. Competitors:
- There are three main competitors in the region near Danang University of
Economics:
+ MS Clean: the shop has fast washing time
+ Laundry 39: this store is so big, it has many washing machines
+ Gia Huy Laundry: there are a lot of services with different types of clothing
such as separate white clothes, whitening, clean collar cuffs...
- Doing business in a competitive environment is too difficult for a new store at
the first time because it will encounter many challenges. Therefore, our store has
several following competitive strategies:
+ Staff is friendly and enthusiasm
+ Price is reasonable for people of all ages
+ Special service: wash the clothes very quickly within two hours.
+ Receive and delivery to customers

+ Special offer to customer loyalty: discount 5% to 10% for the 5th time, 10th
time, ...
+ Using the soap and fabric softener according to customer requirements

V. Advertisement:
- There are sevеrаl types of advertising campaigns available tо buѕіnеѕѕеѕ:
+ Social media marketing:
 The most popular social media for business we use are Facebook and
Instagram. We have an own store page on Facebook. Then we create
many promotional posts on this page and even in the university or city
social networking sites such as review Da Nang,... Moreover,
customers can assess or feedback on the quality of services on the page
that creates trust in potential customers.
+ Print:
 Thіѕ іnсludеѕ flуеrѕ. Placing аdvеrtіѕеmеntѕ іn flyers іѕ an old but still
effective method of advertising. We gave flyers in front of universities,
market gates, offices,…. . It will make the laundry store be known to
more people.
+ Highlight the laundry store:
 This can include dіgіtаl signage, billboards, etc. These product
advertisements help increase the awareness of the company's services
within its trading area. We made a bright sign and put it in front of the
store where customers can easily see it.
+ Content marketing
 Making eye-catching and highlight content to attract customers. The
content will describe the benefits and special treatment of purchasing a
service.
