their answers using their
own semantic maps.

lead the students to take on
the concepts in their concept
maps to come up with a
plausible definition for
statistics, and identify the
basic elements and the
importance of statistics.
Teacher will then enrich the
responses.
C. Practice. Students will be
made to think of other
instances where statistics is
