Greetings!

ln line with the observance of Fire Prevention Month with this year's theme: *Sa Pag-
iwas sa Sunog, Hindi ka Nag:iisa", one of the highlights of the month-long activity is
the conduct of Online On-the-Spot Digital Art Work Contest which will be open to all Junior
and Senior High School students within Cabuyao area. Hence, we would like to request
your good office for assistance in the dissemination of information with regard to the
above activity, to your respective schools within your jurisdiction and for the invitation of
interested students to participate in the said contest.

The following are the Guidelines and Mechanics for the ONLINE ON-THE-SPOT DIGITAL
ART WORK contest, to wit;

. Open to all Junior and Senior High School students.

' The entries mustJocus on this yea/s Fire Prevention Month theme: ,,Sa pag-iwas
sa Sunog, Hindi ka Nag-iisa,,.
o Together with their entry, the contestant must fill out the on-the-spot digital art
work contest fonn.
' The creation of entry must be done via google meet on 0g March 2021 at 9:00
A.M. Contestants will be using Paint Application and allowed to use graphics
tablet or any similar gadget.
' An on-the-spot question will given relevant to this year's Fire Prevention Month
theme before the start of the contest. The contestant must answer the question
by his/her digital artwork which will be made for 90 minutes.
' Created artwork must be submitted in 1500 x 1500 pixels in full high definition
(HD) to be submitted via email at cabuyaofs@gmait,com.
o All submitted entries shall become sole and exclusive property of the BFp
Cabuyao City Fire Station and may be reproduced and/or reprinteO into any size
for exhibition without seeking permission from the owner or paying compensation
for the acquisition of said photos.
o The decision of the Board of Judges is finar and not appealable.
o Criteria for judging

 Prizes for the winning entries shall be as follows:
1s Prize - Php 5,000.00
2n Prize - Php 4,000.00
3d Prize - Php 3,000.00
