Pakistan is quickly adapting to ICT, with decreasing costs of smart phones and data,
more and more people are adopting cellular technology. Understanding this trend,
a lot of companies are providing online services to provide ease to their customers,
and more importantly, stay relevant in the new world. One sector, Automotive Repair
Services, is lagging behind.

Majority of the Vehicle Repair Service Providers are not educated and informed
enough to use ICT, however, when introduced with the option of digital services,
willingness was found among majority of the service providers.

Opportunity

AutoSahulat is Pakistan’s first Digital Marketplace for Repair Services, registering the
Repair Service Providers, and letting the Drivers Identify the nearest providers, compare
their services, rate them, and contact them for assistance including roadside repair and
book appointments accordingly. AutoSahulat also gives opportunities to the service
providers to promote themselves among the potential customers through featured
posting (promoting their visibility) and starting promotions.

Unique Value Proposition

Being the first of its kind, AutoSahulat also provides a platform for automotive
companies, oil & lubricant, spare parts, even motor insurance companies to
connect with potential customers, both in the form of repair service providers and
drivers.Starting with Vehicle Repair Services, AutoSahulat will start providing
convenience to its customers by entering other verticals in the Automotive Space
including: Used Car Sale Purchase, E-Commerce and much more.
