I’m writing this letter to you regarding any relevant openings as per my resume. I came
across your job portal through LinkedIn and believe that I meet the qualifications to
kickstart my career with Altran.

I’m a final year B. Tech (Electronics and Communication) student at SRM Institute of Science
and Technology with an academic record of 71% upto 6th semester. I have taken active
part in student organizations on campus, both technical and non-technical where I acted as
a contributing member and later took on leadership roles as well. During graduation I have
undergone multiple internships in the field of IT where I developed keen interests in the
same. I’ve enjoyed 4 weeks of Internship at a Data Centre where my work revolved around
upgrading the OS of Cisco switches and routers and configuring the same. This was my first
hands-on experience with Cisco Networking Devices which was an immense learning
experience.

Apart from that I enrolled myself in online courses on Python Programming, Computer
Networks and Cyber Security during my spare time to gain new skills as I’m about to
graduate by May, 2021. My interests and knowledge from online courses helped me
develop a Password Manager which is available on my GitHub. It helped me secure an
Internship at Cognizant as an Analyst.

I am confident with my knowledge in the field of Computer Networking and Programming

based on the experiences which are mentioned on my resume and would be privileged to
work with your organization in a relevant position where I can polish my skills and grow as I
explore my interests.
