ice detector 1 (1DD1) to pin 12J of the CMC 1 (1TM1)
ice detector 1 (1DD1) to pin 12J of the CMC 2 (1TM2)

Get access to the avionics compartment.

(1) Do the operational test of the ice detection system 1 Ref. AMM 30-81-00-710-801.

4. Fault Isolation
SUBTASK 30-81-00-810-052-A
A. If the test gives the maintenance message ID1 (1DD1):
(1) Make sure that there is 115VAC at pin 1 of the ice detector 1 (1DD1) Ref. ASM 30-
81-01.

(a) If there is 115VAC:

- replace the DET-ICE, 1 (1DD1).

(b) If there is no 115VAC, do a check of the wiring from pin 2 of the circuit brea
ker (2DD1) to pin 1 of the ice detector 1 (1DD1).

1 If there is no continuity, repair the wiring.

2 If there is continuity, do a check of the:

a If there is no continuity, repair the related wiring.

b If there is continuity, do a check of the:

- wiring from pin 4 of the ice detector 1 (1DD1) to pin 12J
of the CMC 1 (1TM1)
- wiring from pin 4 of the ice detector 1 (1DD1) to pin 12J
of the CMC 2 (1TM2):
. if there is no continuity, repair the related wiring
. if there is continuity, replace the DET-ICE, 1 (1DD1) Re
