Dear PRINCIPAL,

My name is Adrean Pokala and I am a senior at Santa Susana High School. Nikita
Pokala and I are hosting the 6th annual Steam Expo/Health Fair and we would like to
invite you to "attend" our virtual event. The event gives students a hands on experience
to learn and be inspired by science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

It will begin on Saturday, February 20, 2021 and is all online this year due to COVID 19.
Our website will launch at 9 AM. This year our "booths" will be videos on this website!
The expo will have 30 booths, all of which will hold some relation to STEAM/Medicine.

This is a great way for students to learn about STEAM/Medicine, so it would be amazing
if you could advertise at your school, and maybe even tie it into the curriculum! We will
be providing some supplies for hands on activities, (step by step instruction will be on
the site), it will all be in boxes that are packed safely. These will be available for pick up
in a drive through at SSHS, with more information to come. Let me know if you have
any questions and the flyer is attached below. If you could please forward this email to
all the teachers on campus, or talk about it with them, it would be great!

Thanks,

Adrean Pokala

Dear ORGANIZATION FROM PREVIOUS YEAR,

My name is Adrean Pokala and I am a senior at Santa Susana High School. I am

planning the 6th annual Steam Expo/Health Fair and I would like to invite you once
again to hold a booth at our event. The event gives students a hands on experience to
learn and be inspired by science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

The event takes place on Saturday, February 20, 2021 and is all online this year due to
COVID 19. Our website will launch at 9 AM. The expo alone usually has over 40 booths,
and this year. If you would like to participate, please let me know! It would be amazing if
you guys could.
This year our "booths" will be videos! All we ask from you is a video that mimics what
you have done last year: __________. You can even add a small activity which you can
present or something that allows students at home to participate with you guys!

The time limit for the video is 2-4 minutes long, and don't worry about editing them! If
you send them to me, I will edit it for you. Just make sure we can see the presenters
face, that there is good lighting and that they are in a clean location. If they are wearing
some sort of uniform related to ____, that would be great too, but it is not necessary.

Please let me know of any questions you may have.

From,

Adrean Pokala
