Our mental health is just as important as physical health.

Mental conditions and physical illnesses should


be treated fairly. Because they are connected to each other, when our mental health is not in good
condition, it affects the whole body, not just the brain.

Our mental health should be our priory, become mentally healthy or having a healthy mind means
happy life. Having a healthy mind help us to manage our emotion, improved self-esteem and self-
efficacy and most importantly become resilient.

Substance abuse, self-harm, suicide etc. are very common and dangerous among people who suffer
from mental illness. Stigma prevents people who suffering mental illness from obtaining treatment they
need and encourage them to hide their suffering, so we should not throw a joke and make fun to those
people who are suffering from pain.

Self-care for mental health is necessity to lead a happy and healthy life.

Take a break. Keep an eye on your self-care battery. Give yourself exactly what you need. Deprivation is
not a good for you. Make time for yourself.

Self-care isn’t selfish. We should learn how to say no to others Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Stop
judging yourself, Accept yourself for who you are and who you really are, because you are the best
version of yourself you will ever be.
