S.N TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1 Above rates are insclusive of VAT.
2 Payment 50% advance, balance after delivery.
3 Size wastage extra,as applicable.
4 Extra Large Size with area of more than 80sq.ft.or any dimension above 12'will be charge @25% extra.
5 Jumbo Large Size with area of more than 100sq.ft. or any dimension above 14'will be charge @40% extra.
6 For odd shapes like Circles, Ovals, Pentagons, Curve-Liner, Tangles etc. having non straight edges will be charged 20% extra
7 Standard Hole charges for 4 to 6mm Rs. 25/-, for 8 to 12mm Rs. 50/-, for 15 to 19mm Rs. 100/-each.
8 Standard cutout of Patch Fittings and Shower Hinges @Rs.100.00 extra.
9 Counter Sunk hole charges will be Rs. 100/- up to 12mm thickness & Rs. 200/- for 15mm and 19mm thickness.
10 Extra Clear/Reflective/Tinted glass sizes will be charged on actual sheet size.
11 Insurance will be charged extra,if require.
12 If packing is required in wooden cases the same shall be charged extra.
13 The above rates are ex-works at Bhairahwa and transportation/forwarding charge will be extra at per actual.
14 This price list is subject to change without prior notice & cancels all previous price lists.
15 Custom made order once confirm, cannot be change or cancel.
16 It is deemed unloading of goods shall be done by buyer and any damage to glass during unloading is on buyer's account.
17 In case of transit breakage of material, we must be inform immediately and goods should not be unload.
18 Company shall not be responsible for any breakage in transit if not informed.
19 All disputes are subject to jurisdiction Bhairahwa,Nepal.
20 Rates shall be vaild for current FY only.
