● Mr. Andrews has improved his level of questioning between my first visit to his class and the second visit.
He informed me that he has been using the rigor to create his questions to ensure that he is increasing the
depth of his questioning
● Mr. Andrews has done a great job at explicitly providing culturally relevant topics of discussion and
engaging resources
● Mr. Andrews has been very open minded over the course of this school year and always reflects on how he
can make learning experiences better!
