Instruction : 
In this unit you will learn a short functional text: procedure text.. 

Exercise 1.a

Instruction :

You will read a short text that have information about procedure how
to make Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Imagine that you want to cook
it. As you read the text, try to see in your mind what information that
you get. Then, determine what parts are in the text.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 packaged elbow macaroni

2. 4 tablespoons butter

3. 2 cups heavy cream

4. 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

STEP:

1.First, boil the macaroni in a large pot for 5 minutes.


2.Then melt the butter on medium heat and add the cream.
3.Stir for about 2 minutes.
4.Next, add the cheese.
5.Stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6.After that, add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
7.Finally, bake for 20 minutes.
