When we cook, we make sure that it is cooked properly, especially when we cooked
meat and seafood.
Another is when we cook soup, we boil it with water properly.

Because of the global pandemic, people are practising social distancing and self-isolation at home, this
means that more home- cooked food. With more human beings cooking their own food at home, its important to
practice the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and hygiene. Above are some procedures to maintain
our food safety. First is to “keep clean” by washing our hands as always because it is one of the easiest ways to
prevent the spread of germs. Second, is “separate raw and cooked” to prevent cross contamination . Third is “Pay
close attention to expiration dates” it is important because it is the only way to know that the product is still safe.
Last is “Cook thoroughly” it is the most effective manner to make certain to kill off micro organism is to prepare
food with the right temperature .
