HOW TO ADAPT THE ASSESSMENT METHOD IN DL
METHOD

1. SHORT For the short responses, the teacher will make the question and must be
RESPONSES simple and easy to understand by the learners. The learners answer as
expected are short responses as a corresponding answer to the given
questions. Their responses will be rated through holistic rubrics.
2. PORTFOLIO The learners will be given ample time to compile their outputs such us
literary write-ups, at the end of every lesson the learners must reflect on
each topic. The learner will be rated through a given rubric related to the
kind of recommended outputs.
3. SHORT QUIZ A 10 items quiz will be given to the students in order to assess their
learning despite of the self-directed way of learning.
4. PERIODICA Before the end of every grading period, the learning must undergo a
L TEST periodical test/exam, the coverage of the test is anchored through the
given MELCs for each subject/course. This will be distributed to the
learners through a printed material.
5. SUMMATIV To ensure and check the understanding of the learners of every lesson on
E TEST their SLMs, the teacher must craft questions for a summative test, at least
5-10 item question will be given and the students will be given a time
duration to answer the test.
