HOUSE RULES

A Security deposit of RM200 per apartment / condominiumwill be collected during check-in at our
Reception counter and refunded in full upon check-out once we have checked for any damages and /
or breakages during the stay.

Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 12PM.

Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out as
follows:

Before 1 pm (F.O.C)

Before 4 pm – (studio / 1 bedroom: RM40,2 bedroom / 3 bedroom: RM60)

Before 6 pm – (studio / 1 bedroom: RM60,2 bedroom / 3 bedroom: RM80)

After 6 pm – full day charge

For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges.

In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the
apartments during their stay. All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am.

The following activities / consumptionare not allowed inside the homestay premises:

Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia

No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the house/ apartment will
result in penalty of RM200.

No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposedfor any shoe marks found
on the floor.

Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported to Police or authorized
department.

Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulationset by the Building Management, guests are
kindly requested to read before using the facilities.

Swimming Pool: Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire

Kid’s Playroom: Any damages and / or stealing of any play equipment and items will attract a
replacement fee

BBQ Pit & Function Rooms are for long-term staying guests, any use of these facilities without
permission will result in the forfeit of deposit

Lost or damage of parking device, parking access card and accommodation access card, keys will
attract a fee of RM100.
Apartments / condominiums should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will
apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.

Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest
accordingly to the inventory price list.

The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of
valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.

Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.
