ACTIVITY 5 DESCRIPTION

This is a questionnaire activity for students. Students will read a text


about a person's daily routine and then students should be ready to
answer some questions based on the information from the text. Then
Students will listen to two people describing their activities for the
weekend and then they will answer some comprehension questions.

 Video: Your weekly schedule

Description

In this challenge you are required to create a video in which you talk
about your weekly schedule including your routines, habits, hobbies and
entertaining activities. The following are the guidelines to develop the
task:

2. Watch the video Why use a weekly schedule that is displayed in

the page, download the word template weekly schedule template


(you find it in study tools) and create your own weekly schedule
with your everyday activities (https://www.youtube.com/watch?

3. Based on the previous weekly schedule prepare a text in which

you describe the main activities, time and days of the week you do
those activities. Be sure you mention at least 20 activities,

Hello, My name is Eliana, I am a teacher and this


is my weekly routine:

I wake up at 6:30 am on weekdays, then I have a


shower, brush my teeth and get dressed. At 7:20 I
have my breakfast and get ready to go to work.
But on Saturdays and Sundays I wake up later.

I work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to


5:00 pm, I teach in the morning and prepare
lesson in the afternoon… (you must continue
describing your routine).

4. Then, make a presentation (PowerPoint, Prezi, Sway or another

tool) for you to explain your weekly schedule. Please, make


creative slides that include the template with your schedule and
images.
 
5. Finally, make a screencast video explaining your writing routine

already prepared and using your slides. The video should last
between three and five minutes and should include not only your
slides, but also your face and voice. You may use this tool to make

Avoid reading in the presentation and make emphasis in the language
