ASSIGNMENT IN TLE:

1.) It is very important to clean and sanitize the tools and equipment
properly because that is where the dish is manifested through the
cooking process of a recipe. It is a very big no when you use an
equipment or tool that is not clean or sanitize properly because they
might carry in microorganisms that are passed on to the ingredients
during the process of making the food and then to the body which is
very harmful to our system. That is why keeping your tools and
equipment clean and sanitize at all times is the best practice you can do
in the kitchen.

2.) Proper storing of the tools and equipment of the kitchen is a must
need to practice other than keeping them clean. One reason is being
organized at all times. Once you are cook or bake, during prep or the
cooking process itself, you would not need to be looking for the tools or
equipment you would be needing. Another reason is to keep your
kitchen neat and tidy. Once you are cooking or baking with an untidy
kitchen, you tend to be very clumsy and is said to limit the cooks
thinking ability. These are only some of the reasons of the
aforementioned.

3.) As Paulinian, we are taught to be conservative when it comes to


anything that would be of use to us including the tools equipment and
