Mystery Killer

 Scene 1

EXT. Outside of shop – Dusk

(Creepy music playing quietly in the back throughout

production)

Audio over the top of filming of shop.

Shop worker
“Have a nice day!”

Sandra
“Thank you, you too!”

SANDRA walks out of the shop, holding a bag full of items and walks home
however has no clue of what is going to happen to her later…

(long shot) Outside of shop as SANDRA walks out with bag of items.
Camera films from behind a tree as JACOB (from
behind) slowly comes into shot. JACOB sees SANDRA and begins to follow
her when she gets a bit further ahead of him.

(mid shot) SANDRA gets to front door, opens it, and locks it behind her.
(Sound effects of SANDRA walking on the driveway and then opening
front door and shutting it.)
JACOB watches her go inside from across the road in a car.

Scene 2
*A couple hours later*

Camera films across the street and pans over to the house.

(long shot) JACOB walks up the driveway and opens gate from over the top by
the lock (camera films on the driveway and then switches to behind the gate
in the garden when it opens).
(Sound effects of JACOB walking on driveway and him opening the gate).
JACOB sneaks around the side of the house, passing a side door and notices it
but doesn’t think anything of it, so he carries on sneaking to the back of the
house. He reaches the back door, but he sees the TV on and then sees SANDRA
sat on the sofa (facing the opposite way to JACOB).

JACOB
(He tries to open the back door but realises that it is locked) “Are you kidding
me?!”

SOUND EFFECT of JACOB trying to open the door.

JACOB remembers the side door and goes back around the side of the house
and quietly opens the side door.
SOUND EFFECT of JACOB opening the door.

JACOB
(Surprised)

Camera films door from inside as it opens and JACOB steps in.

JACOB opens the second door quietly and quickly sneaks past SANDRA who
is sat on the sofa.

SANDRA looks to the door as she ‘thinks’ she sees it move in the corner of her
eye.

JACOB creeps through the hallway and sees the electricity box. He gets a small
stool and switches of all the electricity.

JACOB quickly but quietly goes up the stairs to hide from SANDRA.

SANDRA thinks it is just a power cut and turns her torch, on her phone, on and
gets up to go switch it back on.
SANDRA goes back to sit on the sofa and watch tv.

JACOB goes to walk down the stairs, but the floorboards creak and SANDRA
hears it and gets scared.

She goes to reach for knife from the kitchen but gets a wooden spoon instead
and walks slowly up the stairs.
However, JACOB quickly runs up the second set of stairs to hide.

SANDRA looks in every room but doesn’t find anything.

 SANDRA
“I’m just imagining noises again, aren’t I?”

JACOB
“Maybe”

SANDRA
“Wait what? Who said that?” (Panicking)

JACOB smiling whilst slowly walking down the stairs.

JACOB
“Oh hi, remember me?”

JACOB grabs the wooden spoon and strangles SANDRA to death.
