1. Tilt the cab up. See the instructions in Instruction Manual – Basic.

Do not tilt up the cab too high as this step requires the engine to be started
and stopped.
2. On the hydrostatic pump, disconnect the connector for forward and reverse
operation.

The engine should be off when the pressure is adjusted.

Function check
After changing the filter the machine should be started as follows:

1. Remove fuses F501 and F521. The fuses can be found in the main electric
junction box.
2. Turn over the engine with the starter motor 3 x 15 seconds.
3. You may receive an error message about no communication to the engine’s
control unit. Ignore the message.
4. Refit the fuses F501 and F521.
5. Start the engine and let it run about 10 minutes to bleed the feeder circuit.
6. Switch off the engine.

Function check
After changing the filter the machine should be started as follows:

1. In the control system, select the option which allows the start motor to turn
without starting the engine.

1. Lock motor start [9200]


2. Turn over the engine with the starter motor 3 x 15 seconds.
If the engine oil has been changed, the oil pressure lamp must be off before the
engine is started.

3. Clear the selection in the control system that prevents the engine from starting.
4. Start the engine.
If the hydrostatic filter has been replaced, the engine must idle for 10 minutes to
bleed the supply circuit.

1. Remove fuses F501 and F521. The fuses can be found in the main electric

2. Run the starter motor until the warning lamp for the oil pressure on the
instrument panel goes out.
3. You may receive an error message about no communication to the engine’s
control unit. Ignore the message.
4. Refit the fuses F501 and F521.
5. Start the engine. Check the filter for oil leaks.
6. Wipe off any oil spillage.
7. Switch off the engine.
