SUBJECT: BAHASA INDONESIA CLASS PROGRAM BATCH 2

1. In line with the on-going intercultural education partnership between SDO Navotas and the Education
and Culture Attaché Office of Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, this Office announces the
conduct of Bahasa Language Class Program Batch 2 from April 28 - June 28, 2021.
2. In view of this, a Virtual Completion Ceremony for Batch 1 and Class Orientation for Batch 2
will be held on April 27, 2021 from 3:30-5:00 in the afternoon via DepEd Tayo-Schools Division

3. This activity aims to
a. Provide participants with the overview of the Bahasa Indonesia Class Program (BICP);
b. Strengthen commitment of participants to successfully complete the BICP;
c. Intensify cooperation between Indonesia and SDO Navotas in education and cultural
exchange.
4. Participants of this activity include Secondary School Heads, Head Teachers of the English
department, Bahasa Indonesia Class Program class participants from both Batch 1 and Batch 2.
Participants should already be in the virtual platforms 15 minutes before the program.
5. Program coordinators from Batch 1 shall prepare the following Audio-Visual Presentations (2-5
minutes in length) which will be shown in the program:
a. An AVP documentation of the Bahasa Class participants per school with appreciation
message for Ibu Firtriyatuz Zakiyah
b. A song or any entertaining virtual presentation from the class members that uses Bahasa
Indonesia Language.
c. Appreciation and congratulatory video message from the School Heads
