with steel base and frame,pressurizatin unit, water shut-off
valves, vent and drain valve level indicator , non return
valve, supporting gauges, piping required to be connected
with the system, fittings, flanges, the item include stat
testing and all related ancillary works.

Supply and, installing, and commisioning of an air seperator

and a make up water assembly c/w all connections, isolation

AIR HANDLING UNITS-TOTAL FRESH (SEC.15855)

Supply and Install, connect, test and put into operation of

horizon. draw through type air handling units, total fresh air
type c/w double skin insulated casing with thickness
according spec, supply fan sec. backward curved draw
through fan. , chilled water coil sec, mixing sec.accesses.
filter sec.( pre-filter & bag filter), hinged & tight sealing
doors, drain pan, through fan(where required) unit will
include common steel base with vibration isolators,shut-off
& pressure independant control valves, press. and temp.
gauges, strainer with drain valves and automatic air vent,
earthing duct connections with flexible connections,
electrical connections, all accessories and all related
ancillary works.

8 CHILLED WATER PIPING WORKS ((SEC.15125)

Supply, install, connect, test and put into operation of
chilled water pipe black seamless steel pipes, schedule 40,
conforming ASTM53A up to 600 mm diam. fittings to be
schedule 40 conforming ASTM234WPB, specialties,
connections tags, flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, sealers,
coupling & expansion joint, supports, hangers seismic
restraining system, rods, anchorsbeams, rollers, saddle and
surface cleaning, treatment, painting of flow indicators
with color code finishing, welding, cutting, normalizing
bending as well as rubber pads for sound isolation, testing,
balancing and start up to the connections with other units,
and all related ancillary works.

14 Duct Cladding

15 DUCT INSULATION (SEC.15250)

Supply, install, connect, test and put into operation of duct
insulation according to the specification and as shown on
drawings. Complete with internal sound lining (armaflex
6mm), closing tape, vapor barriers, adhesives surface
protection, insulation, fastener and coating, tags, flow
indicators, labels, color code, stickers, testing and
commissioning, builder works and all related ancillary
works.

Fiber glass with aluminum foil insulation for outdoor duct

15-a works 50 mm thickness and 24 Kg/m³ according to the m2 390
specification and as shown on drawings.

TESTING, BALANCING AND COMMISIONING SEC.15990)

Provide all labor and materials required to complete the
testing and balancing required according to the specification
according to schedule 40, PN 16 confirming with ASTM
including pipes, insulation,valves,fittings and drainage

plumbing works operation as shown on drawings and
specifications.

WATER TREATMENT AND CHEMICAL CLEAING SYSTEMS(SEC.15932)

Flushing & Chemical Treatment
Supply, install, connect, test all necessary mechanical
equipment, cleaning chemicals, treatment chemicals,
control equipment and services shall be furnished by a
single water treatment firm for undivided responsibility for
Chilled water and cooling tower network treatment system,
Complete with one year supply chemicals. and all related
Item 1
ancillary works.

Water softner
Supply, install, connect, test and put into operation of water
softner system complete with doseing pump, valves,
chemicals tanks, control system and all accessories
