Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Schedule & Supervise Cleaners.
2. Train and monitor the quality of work of cleaners.
3. Ensuring all floors are cleaned and inspected according to standards.
4. Supervision of using Housekeeping equipment or materials in assigned areas.
5. Supervising the Collection and removal of trash or machine wastage from production floor.
6. Overall cleaning supervision of Factory premises.
7. Ensuring that cleaners are giving pesticide and insect killers in chemical trays of each area.
8. Ensuring cleaning activities of mosquito net, Fan, Windows & Dust on fire extinguisher etc.
9. Ensuring watering in open road area.
10. Ensure wastage firing in incinerator and disposal of trash from it.
11. To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International
Standard.
12. Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for
improvement in particular to top management.
13. To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
14. To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the
quality management system are planned and implemented.
15. Any other job assigned by the Management.
