ACTIVITY 2
Directions:Explain in your own words the two dimensions of global
communication competence given below. Support your ideas with reasons,
and situations that can justify youranswer.

1. Global Mindset

This kind of mindset makes you adapt to a culture easily that can make your
effectiveness good when you’re dealing people from different backgrounds.
For example you’re in a team and you have a member with diff nationality
with global mindset you will not act harshly that can offend him/her instead
you will ask her/him with curiosity not with mocking because you wan her/him
to feel comfortable.

2. Unfolding the Self

For me you in unfolding the self means you always think before you act, you
always think the other person’s feelings in short you’re not selfish. For instance
you want to watch a horror film with your friends but before buying tickets
you’ll consider their opinion if they’re okay watching that kind of film.
