Re: Initial Contact, Wellness Check and Visitation ICOW the
“Pensioner Ko, Sagot Ko” Project

1. References:
a. SOP No. 2020-001 dated February 3, 2020 entitled “Policies and Guidelines in
the conduct of Accounting, Monitoring and Periodic Audit of Pensioners for the
Protection of the PNP Pension Fund”; and

b. PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2020-049 entitled “Guidelines and Procedures

of the “Pensioner Ko, sagot Ko” Project”.

2. Please be informed that the undersigned revisit his designated Pensioner-

Buddy at about 10:45AM of February 11, 2021 at Kaibigan Road,KC L7 B45,
Karangalan Village, Brgy. Manggahan, Pasig City,Metro Manila.Upon arrival the said
location, the Undersigned were able to talk to Josefina Pelaez and Annie Pelaez the
daughter of Retired PEMS Victor B. Pelaez,According to them their father came home
December 25,2020 after the lockdown and return to bicol January 7,2021,and their
also said that after the Christmas their father went to Camp Crame to check/monitor
regarding to his pension, if there is something to update.The Undersigned called
through Cellphone with Contact No.09462731107 the said Buddy-Pensioner and ask
questions,and mentioned that he went to Camp Crame to checked if there is something
wrong to his pension,and there was no problem according to him.
