The 2021 high school track and field season has

come to an end, and it wasn’t COVID-19 that ended
the season. The year came to a close in Missoula at the
State Class AA and C Championships.
Kaitlyn McColly wrapped up a spectacular high
school career, single-handedly scoring all of Hinsdale’s
42 points to take home second place. Seeley-Swan ran
away with the team title with 72 points. Plentywood
and Fort Benton tied for third with 37 points, Saco
and Fairview were ninth with 29 and Whitewater 14th
with 10 points.
McColly won two of her five events and had three
career-bests. continued on back page

Kaitlyn McColly never lost in the 300 hurdles or the triple jump this season, including wins here at the Top 10 Meet.
