It’s already been a busy week with much more to come for our
Valley County kids who are on the Washington, D.C. trip, not
only fun, but very educational. The group includes (standing
in front of the White House, from left) Teagan Peterson,
Kade Meland, Ty Westby, Tatum Hansen, Lex Fairclough,
Connor Koski, Zevin Kummerfeldt, Kheyerah Bilger, Jordan
Cook and KJ Ingram. On Sunday, they have been to Mount
Vernon, down Embassy Row, went through Georgetown and
were visiting the Monuments — World War II, Jefferson,
FDR, MLK Jr, Korean, Lincoln and then Vietnam.
