1. What is the most important thing to remember when doing physical activity such as SENTAO? Explain.

The important things that we can do is to do warm-ups, an we should have enough water near us to keep us
dehydrated.

2. For you, how do you describe SENTAO as a form of energy boosting form of exercise?

For me SENTAO is a fun and enjoyable exercise, because it uses chair as a props and it has an energetic music. It is an
exercise which helps us burn some calories and have a healthy body.

3. During the conduct of activity, give 5 benefits that you can share to others in order for them to do the same?

a. It helps in relieving stress


b. It is great for weight loss
c. Helps us reduce our risks of having heart-related illnesses
d. Because of this exercise, you will feel more confident with your look.
e. It is fun and enjoyable.

4. What are your realizations doing the Online SENTAO despite the current situation we are in?

While we are doing the Online Sentao exercise, I have realized that even we are in a pandemic, it is not a hindrance for
us to have a good and healthy body and it won't stop us from doing exercises. Even we are under a crisis it won't stop us
from doing exercises.

5. How can you promote SENTAO during this time of pandemic?

As a student, I could promote Online Sentao during this pandemic by sharing the experience I had with my family and
friends. I will tell them about the benefits that we can get from doing this Online SENTAO. I will share them my
experience on joining the Online SENTAO.
