A Customer Service mission/vision statement

Bounce Fitness expects that all employees deal with our customers. No
matter their position, every employee influences the customer. This customer
service manual was written to supporting in customer service. Staff is
reminded to be friendly and courteous in the Centres, conducting training in
off-site venues and in daily interactions

2. Details about all customer types, both internal and external


External customer of Bounce Fitness: customer who come to visit our
business for the main gym and related revenue included café and restaurant of our
company too.

Internal customer of Bounce Fitness: the employee of the business and the
supplier or the contractor of our company.

3. The services and/or products Bounce Fitness offers


Bounce Fitness has developed choreographed fitness moves with
accompanying music which is geared to the varying interests, needs and goals of
the member group. It is intended that all around Australia, gym and fitness centre
members will continue to be enhancing personal performance through classes
designed and produced by this business.
