1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to run Ash Vessel Pump ( Fly Ash System ).
3. PROCEDURE
Preparation in Local
1. Make sure inlet valve open
2. Make sure valve instrument air open
3. Make sure no leak in the line conveying
4. Make sure no leak between hopper ESP and Ash Vessel
5. Make sure switchin position is remote

NOTE :
Cycle not starting
Possible cause :
Incorrect switch position "remote/local—In the "local" position .
low conveying main pipe pressure .
Incorrect dome valve seal pressure signal, control air malfunction .
Incorrect path----high level probe alarm of silo .
Incorrect pipe conveying pressure switch signal feedback.
There is no command from the CRT station
Remedial measure :
Check to be sure the control panel switch is in the "remote" position.
Initiate other compressors, open the valve and check the pressure gauge, pressure switch and
pressure transmitter of the air receiver .
Check the status of all dome valves and compare with the initial dome valve status list. If there
is a difference, check the control air and air inlet panel indications and adjust feedback signal
which is incorrect.
Select the correct path. The fly ash system will not work if the ash silo high level alarm is
activated.
Readjust the pressure switch and check the connection . -. Push the "start" or "purge" button
to start the cycle.
