selected for testing in KOMONTEKS TEKSTİL Facility (Address: Karadeniz Mahallesi, Ertuğrul Gazi Cd.
No:20, 34250 Gaziosmanpaşa İSTANBUL / TURKİYE).

E2 – Details of Monitoring and Surveillance Patrols

180 kg denim weight measurement was measured on the scale before loaded into the DMI 440 Industrial
Washing Machine (Serial number: 112019.7).

It has been witnessed that 180 kg denim and 220 kg pumice stone was loaded into the DMI 440 Industrial
Washing Machine (Serial number: 112019.7) and washing process was started from HMI of the machine.
After about 1 hour period machine was finished washing process and 1 pc sample denim was taken from
the machine and was controlled with the reference jean that washing process was successfully done.

As conclusion; It has been witnessed from the HMI of the machine that 400 lt water was used for
successfully washing of 180 kg denim.

We tested and confirmed that DMI 440 Industrial Washing Machine has 1:2,2 Liquor Ratio (400:180 = 2,2)
