1. Can you tell me something about your self.

Yes sure, btw you can call me Paul. I am a college undergraduate taking BSA, I am kind of a
person who is eager to learn new things. I dont have a work experience or call center experience
yet, but I am willing to learn and work with your company. Iam a hardworking person,detailed
oriented, optimistic, flexible and I can do multi tasking. I love dealing with other customer because
my family have a small store way back 2018 but unfortunately it was closed because we don’t have
a capital to continue and that year also is my first year in college and we need money for the
enrollment. That’s all

2. Why should we hire you?

Even though I don’t have a call center experience I have a qualities of a call center should
possess, like I am a fast learner and I have great active listening skills.I can do multitasking tasks and
I can follow instructions properly. And lastly because I will do whatever it takes to become the best
asset to your company.

3. What is call center?

Call center is the one who giving solution to all the problems that the customer asks, there are
two types of calls, inbound where in the customer call and the outbound where the agent is the one
who making calls that’s all.

4. How would you describe the role of a call center representative?

As a call center representative, I would be the first point of contact for incoming callers. I have
strong communication skills which I can teach customers on how to deals with their problems.

5. How do you define quality customer service?

Quality customer service is being able to meet and surpass the expectation of the customer . As
the representative, I would understand the fact that the customer might not be familiar and I would
be patient as I walked throuh each step.

6. Why do you want to work in a call center?

I want to work in a call center because its offers a promising career growth and opportunities.
and for addition it gives the opportunity to polish and strengthen my communication skills via
communication with the customers. Stable job in this pandemic.

7. What are your strengths

I am a very patient person capable of dealing with a demanding customers. I can think out of the
box so I have aa exceptional problem-solving skills. I have good communication skills, Iam a fast
learner and I am a computer literate too and this is my strength. Idont want a pile of work

I guess my biggest weakness is working too much and not knowing to stop. I would say that this
is a weakness because sometimes I would render too much and it will affecting my health that’s all.

9. What makes you qualified to work in a call center?

I am qualified to work in a call center because I have the characteristic of a good call center
agent, Like I am a fast learner attention to detail have a great active listening skills, I am very felixible
and lastly I can do multi tasking. I am not intimidated in learning new things. That’s all

I have heard nothing but good feedback about your company. You have a state of the art
equipment, your management is kind to your employee, everyone is friendly and also of you offer a
promising career growth that’s all.

11. What has been your most significant achievement?

My most significant achievement is when during my senior high immersion. The Trainer appoint
me as the team leader at the accounting department and my team has a good grade and Im proud
of myself because I manage it.

12. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I see myself five years from now working as a team leader or higher position in your company. I
am performing great and productive in an efficient way.

13. What are your goals in life?

My short term goal is that I want to see myself have a stable job in your company and for my
longterm goal is to have an upper management level position in your company that’s all

I know that this company is one of the leading companies in the BPO industry. You have several
branch here in the Philippines that’s all.

15. What is your expected salary?

Whatever amount you offer to other applicants with my qualifications is would be fine.

16. What your biggest asset among applicants?

They might be hardworking and can do multi tasking too but my biggest asset among aplicants is
that I have the ability to be focus when giving a tough situations, I also meeng with the deadline is
my agenda. I always make sure to finish every task given to me before the deadline that’s all.

17. What is attendance for you?

Attendance for me is very important and most valued this is how we are being able to evaluate
on how productive we are as an employee that’s all.
18. What can you contribute to the company

The best contribution I can guarantee to your company is my ability to still work efficiently
under pressure and stick to the rules no matter what. Although I don’t have a work experience I
certainly had my fair of stress when I am a student.If you give me a chance to prove my worth, you
will never hear me complaining about the workload.

19. How do you handle dissatisfied customer?

As the representative I will apologize for the inconvenience and will rest assure that I would
investigate the issue and I will provide the best resolution.

20. What is customer satisfaction?

This is when the customer became happy with the solution provided and will thank us for
solving the given issues.

21. Biggest Regret in your Life

I don’t have a regret in my life. I try to not look at it that way. Because I believe that everything
is a learning experience.
