    Introduction
    Puberty is a strange time. With multiple changes to your body, there is bound to be confusion about
    what’s happening. So, here is some information about puberty.

    Why does this happen


    The reason why people go through puberty is because of the pituitary gland. Around the age of 13 it
    starts releasing hormones, which in turn starts the production of other hormones, which are
    testosterone for boys and oestrogen for girls.
