Physical education and health offer experiential learning for learners to adopt an active; life fitness and lifelong health. The knowledge, skills and understanding which include
physical and health literacy competencies support them in accessing, synthesizing and evaluating information; making informed decisions; enhancing and advocating their own as
well as others’ fitness health.

Performance Task:
Nowadays, because of the pandemic, the young generation often forget the importance of sports that promotes healthy living and maintaining physical fitness through sports. As a
21st century learners they will assign to become a sports coach by conducting online sports clinic for the individual and team sports. They will create content video/s to be
uploaded in some social media platforms. Students are expected to promote healthy lifestyle that displays initiative, responsibility and leadership in sports activities. For the non-
online students, they will prepare brochure for sports which will show the different basic skills of an identified individual/dual or team sports. The students will be assessed by
their creativity, collaborative, competent and critical thinking.
