    7.01 Item
    Investigation shall be conducted at the location
    shown on drawings in the section

    Supply and apply soil treatment application termite

    Supply and Install Cast in-situ lean concrete 8 cm


    thick, with graded aggregate using sulphate resisting
    cement with micro silica additives. Cylinder
    compressive strength = 150 kg/cm² cement content
    minimum of 300Kg/m³. Slump from 80mm to 100mm.
    Including where ever necessary smooth finish to
    install water proofing including vapour barrier.

    7.03 Under footings 11 m³

    Supply and Install cast in situ Vibrated Reinforced


    Concrete with graded aggregate having cylinder
    compressive strength 350kg/cm² using sulphate
    resisting cement content not less than 400kg/m³ with
    micro silica additives. Slump from 80mm to 110mm.
    7.04 w/c ratio shall not exceed 0.45, including steel Note
    reinforcement & Formwork conforming to (ASTM
    A615 & A185) including approved servitude water
    stopper with all necessary work and as per
    specifications and manufacturer's instructions as
    shown on the drawings and approved by Engineer.

    For hard landscaping


    7.05 Foundation/ Base Slab 504 m³
    7.06 Walls 271 m³
    7.07 Solid Slabs for benches and landing 198 m³
