1. identified tools, utensils, and equipment used for the preparation of salad and
salad dressing;
2. classified salad based on its ingredients and its place in the meal; and
3. acknowledged the importance of the nutritional value of salad and salad
dressings.

Introduction

 The teacher shows a video of different kitchen tools and equipment and asks
the students the following questions:
1. What is your favorite salad?
2. What are the tools, utensils, and equipment used in preparing it?
 The teacher proceeds to the introduction of the new lesson.

Interaction

 The teacher discusses the types of salad and salad dressing.


 The students identify the different types of salad and salad dressing.
 The students are asked to classified salad and salad dressing.
 The students do the given work task which is to list and analyze the types of
