As the OIC of this first aid duty, I tried my best to I made sure that everyone was in their position

What is your name? As the person holding the IC Role you wrote above, how did you feel about the First
Aid Duty? What made you feel that way?

I felt that this First Aid Duty was an success. During the planning, I learnt more about my batchmates
before assigning the different roles to them. I also tried to group the cadets based on how well they would
work together as a teamwork. As the OIC, I tried to take charge and ensured that everyone stayed on
task during the planning. On the actual day, I tried my best to make it clear to the cadets that they should
help and look out for one another. The event went smoothly as the cadets indeed did help one another
out while treating the casualties.

I feel that the First Aid Duty was a good experience for me as I got
to learn about allocation of manpower to different duty area and
Lok Zi Xin which area needed more first aider than the other, which area was
(name of person whose post-it you chose) more dangerous than the other, like slopes or bumpy road. I have
to experience it myself so that I can understand how to distribute
roles and duty to others in other First Aid Duty depending on the
areas.
