Job Profile environment.

Project Execution and Coordination

 Responsible for all site activities related to the construction, Erection, commissioning of entire
220kV AIS switchyard with all the Switchgears.
 Responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling of allotted site activities including manpower
planning, material planning, and resource planning finalisation of responsibility matrix for site
engineers .
 Preparing the site progress calculation sheet & monitoring the same.
 Attend site coordination meetings on regular basis with Client KSEB for reviewing site progress
and to resolve the problems.
 Responsible for the preparing the RA bill as per work executed and analysing as per scope of work
and also keeping the track with the pending invoices with the immediate Client.
 Ensuring the Electrical safety and healthy working condition during work execution.
 Responsible for Coordinating & liasioning activities from the Govt. Authorities especially TS.
/Local.
 Responsible for contractor’s payment bill certification (measurement sheet) for the work
accomplished.
 Responsible for allocating the bulk material storing and ensuring the security.
 Responsible for monitoring the Joint Inspection along the Client for the Equipment’s which are to
be used in the project.
 Responsible for the Coordination with the Client and our Engineering Team for reviewing the
drawing status, technical support and Material Dispatch planning.
 As per the contract, analyse the scope of work, discussing with various disciplines for criticalities
and strategies for timely completion of site work.
 Attend site coordination meetings on monthly basis with Client TSTRANSCO for reviewing site
progress and to resolve the problems.
