. 1. Subgrade The subgrade is clay soil, very weak with water and hot, easily to crack when the weather suddenly turns from wet to hot, It is badly cracked. Test or change the soil if it is still strong enough to receive load. 2. Subbase Course Sand is too thin, the gradation and size of gravel doesn’t match which the size. It must be 15/20 cm, weak structure, easily to be destroyed when is given load from high vehicle. Change the gravels with other high quality gravels and add sand if is needed. 3. Base Course The gradation and size of gravel doesn’t match. The size should be 5/7 cm, too much gravels which lost, easily to be destroyed when is given load from low vehicle. Change the gravels with other high quality gravels. 4. Surface Course Too many hollow, soft asphalt, cracked asphalt can risk the driver which uses the road, there is no waterproof protection from asphalt, asphalt doesn’t deflect so it maybe makes cracking in the surface. . 1. Subgrade Do CBR (California Bearing Ratio) test or maybe can use DCP (Dynamic Cone Penetration) test, take some samples from soil, test it in soil laboratory, read and learn the result, calculate the result that need to be changed or not. IDR 1.000.000 per 5 samples. Total points are 20 points. Total is cost IDR 20.000.000 2. Subbase Course Cut out the subbase including gravel, do checking and measuring at sand, if sand still as standard as referring SNI addition doesn’t needed, test the new gravel material which have finished some tests like hardness test, LA test, and gradation test 15/20 cm from laboratory referring to SNI, place the gravel to subbase course, use Tandem Roller to compacting the gravel. IDR 936.000/M3. Total volume is 15 M3. Total cost is IDR 14.04.000 3. Base Course Cut out the subbase including gravel, test the new materials which have finished some tests like hardness test, LA test, and gradation test 5/7 cm from laboratory referring to SNI, place the gravel to subbase course as plan, use Tandem Roller to compacting the gravel. IDR 886.000/M3. Total volume is 15 M3. Total cost is IDR 13.290.000 4. Surface Course Cut out the surface including asphalt or other things which cover the surfaces area, test it with cone drill test in some point on the road, test it to laboratory, read and learn the result, if the result is good that means no replacement is needed but in a fact the result is opposite that means replacement with new or high quality is needed. The new material which will cover the surfaces area must be more the next level than before, make a new design of asphalt, test it to laboratory with Marshall test referring to SNI, read and learn the result. Do flexible pavement with asphalt which have tested, use Pneumatic Roller and Asphalt Finisher to finishing the surfaces. IDR 1.170.000 ton/liter. Total volume is 20 ton/liter. Total cost is IDR 23.400.000
