As a part of the Global Brand team, I am responsible for the creative strategies for Europe,
APAC and EMEA markets. I work towards creating Royal Enfield as an aspirational brand on
the global platform. I advise and ensure that the respective marketing teams adhere to the
brand values of Royal Enfield. My focus is to increase Royal Enfield’s market share globally
while keeping in mind that the brand value is not compromised.
Scope:
● Guide marketing teams in planning the global marketing campaigns
● Work on content and creatives for marketing campaigns [ATL, BTL and Digital assets]
● Organise and manage the workflow of the department to ensure day-to-day tactical
items are executed on and strategic high impact work is developed
● Work with creative/media agencies and internal creative team to provide job
assignment/scope and workload balancing to ensure that the project objectives,
budgets and timelines can be met
● Supervise and direct the creative team by presenting new ideas to be used as
guidelines while devising strategies
● Monitor each and every step of brand execution to ensure adherence to guidelines
